Goodbye EtsyCheck, Hello RankHero

After months of deliberation and back-and-forth, we’re excited to share that EtsyCheck is now officially RankHero!

This change is more than just a new name — it marks the beginning of a bigger, bolder vision for how we help sellers grow in the e-commerce space.

Why the Change?

When we first launched EtsyCheck, our goal was simple: help Etsy sellers grow their shop with ease. And wow, what a journey it’s been!

Thousands of Etsy shop owners have used our tools, and your feedback has helped us improve every step of the way.

But over time, we realized that the name “EtsyCheck” was holding us back.

Here’s why:

• The name was limiting. Because “Etsy” is a trademarked name, we couldn’t continue using it in our branding long term.

• Brand confusion. Using “Etsy” in the name made it easy for people to confuse us with Etsy itself — but we are our own company.

• We have big plans. As we grow, we want a brand that reflects our bold, creative, and strategic approach to e-commerce SEO and growth.

We knew that if we wanted to create a stronger, more sustainable brand — one that could scale with our community — it was time for a change.
