How it connects

Open where your agent adds a server
Most agents call it a connector or an MCP server, under their settings. In Claude it is Customize, then Connectors. In ChatGPT it is Plugins, then Add custom MCP server. A coding tool takes one command or one line of config.

Paste the RankHero address
Name it RankHero and paste this address. It is the MCP server, the address an agent connects to. It is the same for every agent.

Sign in and allow
A RankHero page opens. Sign in with your RankHero account and click Allow. The page may say RankHero has not reviewed this app. That is normal for an agent, which registers itself. The agent can now use RankHero's tools.

Does it cost extra?
No. Each tool uses the daily limits of your plan, the same as when you use it on the website. It never spends API credits.
Is my account safe?
Yes. You sign in on RankHero's own page, so the agent never sees your password. You approve the connection once and can remove it any time under Connected apps.
Can the agent change my shop?
No. RankHero's tools look things up and write suggestions. They never change anything on Etsy or eBay.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. If you can paste an address and sign in, you can connect it. Each agent's page shows the exact clicks.
Which agents work?
Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Meta Muse, Dots, Hermes, OpenClaw, Claude Code and Cursor each have a page with the steps. Any agent that can add an MCP server can use the same address.
What about an agent that is not listed, or a script?
Any agent that can add an MCP server works: name it RankHero, paste the address and sign in. A script cannot sign in through a browser, so it sends an API key from the console instead.
