Save the file. Cursor picks it up and lists rankhero in its MCP settings with a button to sign in. Click it.

A browser window opens on RankHero. Sign in and click Allow.
Prefer an API key? Add "headers": {"Authorization": "Bearer rh_live_..."} next to the url, with a key from Keys in the console. A key uses your plan's daily limits too, never API credits.
Then try typing: Analyze the Etsy shop MugsByMaya. After you sign in, Cursor shows under Connected apps, where you can disconnect it any time.

Does it cost extra?
No. Each tool uses the daily limits of your plan, the same as when you use it on the website. It never spends API credits.
Is my account safe?
Yes. You sign in on RankHero's own page, so Cursor never sees your password. You approve the connection once and can remove it any time under Connected apps.
Can Cursor change my shop?
No. RankHero's tools look things up and write suggestions. They never change anything on Etsy or eBay.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. If you can paste an address and sign in, you can connect it. The steps above show the exact clicks.
Do I need an API key for Cursor?
No. With only the url in the config, Cursor signs you in with your RankHero account in the browser. A key is for a machine that cannot open a browser.
