The Service

RankHero provides tools to help Etsy sellers optimize their listings and improve their shop visibility. We offer both free and paid subscription plans.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We'll try to give you notice of significant changes, but we're not obligated to do so.

Your Account

To use RankHero, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your password secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Be at least 13 years old (or have parental consent if a minor)

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

All purchases are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our prices with notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Resell or redistribute our tools without permission
• Use the service to compete with us
• Harass other users or our staff
• Circumvent any security measures or usage limits
• Upload malicious code or content

Intellectual Property

RankHero and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit. By using our service, you grant us a license to use your content as necessary to provide the service.

Third-Party Services

RankHero integrates with third-party services like Etsy's API. We're not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their terms.

The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. RankHero is not endorsed or certified by Etsy.

Privacy

Your use of RankHero is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

RankHero is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results obtained from using the service will be accurate
• The service will meet your specific requirements

We don't guarantee that our tools will improve your Etsy sales or rankings. Results vary and depend on many factors outside our control. We're not responsible for any decisions you make based on data from our tools.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankHero and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RankHero, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit through the service

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at [email protected]. We'll try to resolve it informally within 30 days.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois. You consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against RankHero.

Time Limit

Any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it is permanently barred.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RankHero regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top indicates when they were last revised. For material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before they take effect.

Continued use of RankHero after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
