Overview

A full Etsy shop audit in seconds.

Shop Analyzer pulls a complete performance breakdown for any Etsy shop (sales estimates, listings, reviews, tags, categories, policies) so you can see exactly what's working and where the gaps are.

Audit your own shop to spot quick wins. Audit competitors to learn what's driving their sales. Either way, you stop guessing and start making decisions based on the same data top sellers already have.

FAQ

Shop analysis questions.

Can't find your answer? Get in touch.

Are the sales numbers exact?

They're estimates derived from publicly available signals (reviews, favorites, Etsy's API). Treat them as directional: great for relative comparison and trend-spotting, not exact financials.

Can I analyze any shop, including competitors?

Yes. The data we use is all publicly visible on Etsy. Use it to audit your own shop, study competitors, validate niches, or see what successful shops look like under the hood.

What does the percentile ranking mean?

“More sales than X%” tells you where the shop sits in Etsy's overall sales distribution. 90% means it sells more than 90% of shops on the platform, which is useful for quick benchmarking.

Why are tags and categories useful?

They reveal how a shop positions itself in Etsy search. Patterns in the most-used tags show which keywords drive its discoverability. Apply the same approach, with your own products, to compete in the same niches.

How do I read the review distribution?

Each row shows the share of recent reviews at that star level. A heavy concentration of 5-star reviews with very few low ones signals consistent quality. If you see meaningful 1 to 3 star activity, scan those reviews for recurring pain points.

Can I use this for keyword research?

Indirectly, yes. The most-used tags surface the language a successful shop uses. For dedicated keyword research with search volume and competition data, use the Tag Generator or Keyword Generator.

How fresh is the data?

Listings, reviews, and basic shop info come from live Etsy APIs. Sales estimates are recomputed regularly. Treat the snapshot as recent (within the last day) rather than real-time.

What if a shop is on vacation?

A vacation badge appears next to the shop name and its listings aren't available to buyers. Historical sales and review data is still shown, but recent activity will look paused.
